What is Ashray?

Ashray is India's premier student housing brand, delivering an award‑winning student experience through carefully chosen facilities and services. We run student housing accommodations across multiple cities — providing the homely experience of a PG with a standardised level of service.
What will I get in the room?

A bed with mattress, pillow and bedline, a wardrobe and storage space, window curtains, a study table and chair. Your room also includes an air‑conditioned unit, a geyser in the washroom, trendy book shelves, cloth hangers and a dustbin.
How many types of rooms are available?

We offer single rooms, double‑sharing rooms and triple‑sharing rooms.
How is security at the residence?

All residences are equipped with state‑of‑the‑art security: CCTV networks, biometric access gates and 24×7 professional security. Our toll‑free line is available 24×7 for emergencies.
How many meals do I get in a day?
+
Four times veg/non‑veg meals — breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner with daily desserts. We also offer midnight snacks during exam time.
What about housekeeping?

Housekeeping is included in your monthly rental and is done once a day.
What is the minimum duration of stay?

The lease is for 11 months, with a minimum stay of 6 months.
What documents are required at the time of moving in?

Just one copy of your Aadhaar and two passport‑size photographs — and you are good to go.
How do you take care of maintenance issues?

We have an in‑house maintenance team working 24×7. Usually issues are resolved the same day, once reported to the residence manager.
